OUR SERVICES

The creativity of the projects and very careful planning is the secret of our successful events!

 

Our events begin with welcoming participants at the airport with a multilingual well-trained staff.

 

 

Our staff can also wait for the guests inside the customs zone so that they will feel at home immediately. We can also manage for a Welcome Desk in the arrivals area with a logo of the company which is very useful to give information and accompany people to the transfer coaches. For VIP guests, we can provide a very exclusive welcome starting while guests are on board the aircraft as the hostess/steward will announce that somebody will be waiting for them. It is always nice to know that somebody will be waiting for us as soon as we land!


For transfer service, we use the best coaches in Rome. For individual arrivals, our agency will give the best service using luxury vehicles with English speaking drivers in uniform. Additional services (i.e. boy guards or similar) can also be provided.


Rome highlights often need an introduction and explanation from the part of a Tourist Guide. Our Guides have extensive experience and can speak all languages of the European countries. They often have degrees in Ancient History and Art. Upon request, we can provide guides specialized in the Middle Ages, paintings, etc.

Hotels

 

We can offer a wide range of 4**** and 5***** hotels as well as nice resorts with conference facilities in the surroundings of Rome: the Roman castles (Frascati, Grottaferrata, Castelgandolfo), Tivoli, and the charming spots situated on the lakes in Rome neighbourhood (Bracciano, Nemi, Bolsena). For small groups of 10/15 people we can propose an allotment in nice agricultural farms a 20 km from Rome.


Conventions

  • A careful selection of venues: resorts in suggestive sites of Umbria and Tuscany
  • A social program of great impact: all the elements of the event, from the venue to the catering, from decorations to entertainment, will melt together in a harmonic way to create an unforgettable frame.

Conferences and Meetings

 

We provide a very large choice of venues for the conferences: Congress Centers as well as hotels with Congress facilities, historical venues where the importance of the conference may be emphasized by the artistic value of the venue itself. We can also suggest particular venues for the convention and events, not available to everybody but very exclusive, as for example palaces of noble families, important monuments or museums, exhibit areas, ancient hospitals with frescoes, abbeys and so on, that can be privatized for special groups.

 

Private concerts may be organized in cloysters, oratories, abbeys, historical rooms.

 

We always propose to our clients something new, different from a previous event, so they can realize that every event for us is a new one.


Living the Art Cities

 

An active and stimulating approach to monuments and archaelogical sites of our art cities, perfect also as a team building activity: participants will be divided into teams to discover, by means of a specially designed Active Tour or a Treasure Hunt, the highlights of the city, with tests and proofs to solve, having fun but with a direct experience of monuments and art masterpieces.


 

We often organize groups and events in Latina, a city rich of initiatives and ferments, where we have a branch, and which is at a short distance from Rome. The so-called ‘new city’ offers to participants upon their arrival one of the best examples of the ‘rationalist’ architecture, the splendour of the sea shore - with the coast lakes and the Sabaudia dunes, the bewitching Circeo promontory and the historical fortress of Gaeta - and a hinterland rich in history and ruines, as the Temple of Hercules at Cori, Norba ruines and Sermoneta castle, and the medieval Abbeys, with their hidden treasures
